This project entailed a Cat A+ refurbishment, which is a service becoming increasingly popular with landlords, as it bridges the gap between both a Cat A fitout and a serviced office.

The space created is ready to move into, comprising a tea point, meeting rooms and desking. With the space being already part established the landlord is able to show the space in an attractive light to any prospective tenants, ensuring swift occupation. For this project, the building was reasonably dated, and in order to keep costs to a minimum, finishes were reused where possible. We sanded down the existing wooden floor to restore it, giving it an impressive fresh finish. Neutral, modern furniture was selected and arranged. The final space is bright and open with neutral tones complimenting the branding of any incoming tenants.
