Anthony Ellis
Founder and Managing Director
Anthony founded Arke in 2018, after gaining 15 years’ experience in the office interior design industry for several market leading companies. Anthony’s leadership style is client- facing and hands on, whilst his ambition is to deliver client projects ahead of expectations.
As the Founder and Managing Director of the company, Anthony’s background in sales and marketing promotes Arke’s services to clients of the highest level which enables effective communication with the business owners and decision makers of a wide variety of industry sectors.
Steve Lennon
Operations Director
Steve oversees the delivery and implementation of our projects, from inception to completion. He takes an overview of the project from the earliest stages, ensuring the creative team’s designs are deliverable within a client’s budget and timescales.
Steve’s 20 years’ experience of delivering office design projects to the highest level within construction, allows him to look ahead and foresee complications when reviewing building and client requirements. Steve runs our commercial construction and procurement teams, as well as working closely with his fellow Directors to ensure the quality levels delivered by Arke are constantly maintained.
Harjit Vagha
Head of Design
Harjit’s 22 years of experience in Architectural and Interior design advanced into design and build when she found her niches creating office interiors for a wide range of clients such as Twitter, Avon, ComplyAdvantage and Wagestream.
Harjit’s natural ability to understand and client’s energy allows her to create an environment and vibe that Arke’s clients require. Harjit’s expertise at translating this into a design scheme that exceeds expectation in one of her many skills – including a seamless design process that meets clients’ needs quickly and effectively.
Philip Smith-Essex
Creative Director
Philip’s 23 years of experience in the office design industry are unrivalled and he has designed offices for most industry sectors within London and the Southeast. He prides himself on understanding a client’s needs and aspirations; producing designs that are creative yet functional.
Philip’s ability to merge the creative and practical processes together as well as understanding the client’s brand, allows him to deliver designs that fulfil a client’s brief.
Matthew Colleran
Design Director
Matthew has over 15 years of experience in both the design and build and architectural sides of the industry. This experience enables him to advocate for an architectural approach, ensuring a deep understanding of clients’ needs to craft designs that not only embody their brand but also serve functional purposes in both the short and long term.
Matt’s objective is to curate spaces that authentically represent clients and narrates the story of the business and its culture. He strives for functionality that enhances the user experience, delivering interiors that resonate with identity and purpose.
