The team at Arke specialises in the design, creation and delivery of the highest quality office interiors in Central London and the South East. The team have designed and built over 5 million square feet of office interiors over the last 20 years. Arke’s aim is to maintain the flexible, creative and responsive experience that our clients have become accustomed to.

Utilising state-of-the-art design systems for building evaluation and virtual reality tours, the Arke team are able to advise from the earliest stage of a potential relocation project. We partner with our clients throughout the process to deliver a smooth transition to new offices or the reconfiguration and optimisation of current space.

From initial design concepts, fit factors and budgets, through to the implementation of the highest quality office environments, Arke offers its clients a service that truly reflects their aims for the future.

Leadership Team

Anthony Ellis

Founder and Managing Director

Anthony founded Arke Creative in 2018, after having worked in the interior fitting out business for several of the market leading companies over the last 15 years. Anthony’s leadership style is very client facing and hands on, and his ambition is to deliver client projects ahead of expectation.

Anthony’s background in sales and marketing promotes Arke’s services to clients at the highest level as the Founder and Managing Director, being able to communicate effectively with business owners and decision makers in the wide variety of industry sectors that Arke operate within.

Steve Lennon

Operations Director

Steve oversees the delivery and implementation of our projects for clients from inception to completion. Steve has an overreaching responsibility from the very earliest stages of a project, confirming the feasibility of our creative team’s designs are deliverable within client budget and timescales.

His 20 years of experience within construction, delivering projects at the very highest level for clients, allow him to look ahead and foresee any issues when reviewing buildings and clients’ requirements. Steve runs our commercial, construction and procurement teams and works closely with his fellow Directors to ensure buildability, sustainability and quality levels are constantly maintained.

Philip Smith Essex

Creative Director

Philip’s 23 years of experience in the industry are unrivalled. Philip has designed offices for most industry sectors within London and the South East of London over the last 23 years, and prides himself on the understanding of a clients needs and aspirations whilst putting forward technical designs that function within buildings effectively maintain creativity.

Philip’s ability to join the creative and the practical together as well as understanding the clients brand to allow him to deliver designs that fulfil a clients’ brief and go far beyond.

Harjit Vagha

Head of Design

Harj’s 22 years experience in the industry started in architectural and interior design, and moved through to design and build, where she has found her niche creating inspired office interiors for a wide range of clients, such as Twitter, Avon and ComplyAdvantage.

Harj’s skills in understanding the clients’ energy and business culture, allow her to create the environment and vibe our clients’ require, and to translate this into a design scheme that exceeds expectations. Her talent in understanding and reacting to a clients’ needs quickly and effectively allows the design process to be seamless.
